Shubman Gill struck a magnificent half-century while chasing 179 but needed some late fireworks from Rashid to get them across the finish line. To keep them in the game, Shankar played a pivotal knock of 27. The game was then beautifully concluded by Tewatia, who also helped Gujarat win by 5 wickets, after Rashid Khan had scored 10 off 2.
